Repairing Conductive Rubber Keyboard Surfaces

What do you recommend for the type of keyboard where conductive rubber is pressed against lands on a printed circuit board? After a lot of use, the keyboards require a huge force, and normal cleaning does not produce much improvement.

CaiKote 44 ® is a conductive carbon coating appropriate for rubber, epoxy, glass, plastic and carbon-based surfaces. It was designed to repair membrane buttons, keyboard buttons, so it will be perfect for this application. The part number to request is: K-CK44.
