Compatibility of Carbon Brushes with DeoxIT®

We are using DeoxIT® contact cleaner and DeoxIT® GOLD on collector rings and commutators. Are these products compatible with carbon brushes or is there a product that would be more suitable?

Your present course of actions is appropriate, however, the DeoxIT® GOLD is not necessary for this application. The DeoxIT® 100% solution is compatible with the carbon brushes.
