Is a transparent conductive coating available?

I need a transparent conductive coating for EMI control. It looks like Caikote 44 may be what I want, but I need complete specs.

Without going into the specific application, the coating needs to attenuate RF in the VHF - Microwave range and pass light without a great deal of attenuation (similar to coatings used on LCDs.)

CaiKote 44 is not transparent (clear) because it's carbon (black) based.
