Prototype 54-Pin Circuit Board
I designed a circuit board that the main cpu had to be "stacked" on top of the main circuit board by way of a 54 pin connector. After mating the two boards together, I applied power to the circuit boards, but the circuit didn't work. I thought my design had failed.
I tried some DeoxIT® GOLD on the 54-pin connector, and once again applied power (not expecting much). To my surprise, my design sprang to life.
Needless to say, I have been using DeoxIT® GOLD with ALL my designs and with any repairs, in the field and in the shop.
