Mixing CaiKote 44 with CircuitWriter or CaiKote EMI

Can CaiKote 44 be mixed with CircuitWriter or CaiKote EMI?

The CircuitWriter or CaiKote EMI liquid may be blended with the CaiKote 44 liquid using the following ratio: 10% CircuitWriter or CaiKote EMI liquid to 90% CaiKote 44 liquid.

Any more than that, and you will probably loosen the carbon adhesion.
