How flexible is a CircuitWriter trace?

In the Q & A for CircuitWriter, it says that the cured ink isn't flexible. How inflexible do you mean?

It is not meant for ribbon substrates, however, a circuit board that has slight flex is okay. It is not advisable on a surface that is meant to be flexed.
